全子宮切除後遺症

病患者女 - 54歲

本人已做全子宮切除連雙側輸卵管及卵巢差不多兩個月，不時有黃色水狀分泌物，有異味，似乎是從尿道流出。請問是否尿道有感染，抑或是陰道傷口復原中的分泌？另外，本人從沒有性行為，請問手術過程中，處女膜仍能保存嗎？
