肉粒

病患者男

在六月頭與性工作者進行有套性交，六月尾至今近一星期發現陰莖上有一粒細小肉粒，表面光滑無凹陷，不痛不癢，暫無增生和大小改變，請問這是因性病而生的肉粒嗎？肉粒會自行消退嗎？情況嚴重嗎？該如何治療？ 有勞醫生，謝謝。
