專注力不足影響考試

請醫生解答如何處理以下的問題？
做3小時的試卷前部份好，後部拿不到分，因為專注力不足（要讀幾次題目才能理解）！
考試後非常累！
如果上午和下午都有考試，情況更差 - 下午的完全沒有精神做！
飲咖啡令到前段精神好，但是更快進入疲倦狀態！
