疱疹一問

我包皮果度間唔中做完之後會有輕微損之後會變了紅了少少和白點沒有凸起，同一位置，我之前睇過專科話我係濕疹，但陣經有醫生話似疱疹，我之後去左驗血前後驗了兩次都話無抗體（已經過左3個月好耐試驗）,又頭到尾我都唔見有水泡凸起，咁我應該係包皮炎定係疱疹呢?呢件事已經困擾左我好幾年，我應該點做好呢? 我一次驗ab 一次驗wb
