慢性前列腺炎

之前驗身得了Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU) and Gardnerella Vaginalis(GV) 之後再驗精驗出了streptococcus agalactiae，現已吃了近一個月的Levofloxacin，請問我這情況是患上慢性前列腺炎嗎，吃完抗生素又是不是可以完全療癒，雖然經常覆診嗎？
