類固醇問題

您好,

本人在兩年前曾有過股癬(應該是, 忘記了), 大腿內側至陰囊位置好痕癢, 當時自行到藥房買了藥膏擦了在大腿內側和陰囊位置,

但是擦了一個月後未有好轉, 之後發現藥膏有類固醇已經停用去看醫生, 醫生給我一些藥膏後已經復原.

我聽講類固醇是不能用在陰囊上, 會有好大副作用是真的嗎, 已經過了兩年, 有需要去做檢查嗎, 會對生殖系統造成大影響嗎?
