陰莖乾燥

病患者男 - 32歲

陰莖（包皮覆蓋位置）手淫時持續乾燥脫皮，用娥羅納英後情況會好轉，但停用一段時間又會乾燥。2天手淫一次，安全性行為，正常包皮，每晚都清潔。以上情況，會是什麼病況呢？是否性病呢？
