視力問題

病患者男 - 42歲
你好醫生
本人近1年經常不停感覺眼部四週神經和肌肉很敏感和累，多眼水，要常閉目休息，但我很少用電腦手機的，知道無大關係。其次主要是常見到有約兩三吋大的黑影和飄浮物不斷飛動，影響視力。

普通科医生檢查得出以下資料，請問代表什麼呢？嚴重程度？及飄浮物會不會不斷增加惡化至嚴重影響視力呢？
