診斷出尿道炎

病患者女 - 22歲

看過多次婦科醫生，驗了小便，醫生診斷出尿道炎，反覆服用過接近一個月抗生素及有關藥物藥物，劇痛減少。但頻尿加小便灼熱等症狀依然存在，另外，食量大增，食極吾飽甘，長期疲累感，屁股屎眼位置痕癢，請問是什麼因由？可怎樣治療？
