會否是性病?

病患者男 - 23歲

詳情大概 因為冬天 有兩三天沒洗澡
下體包皮紅腫癢 之後我沒怎麼理會 就勤清洗
最近我女孩給我口交跟無套性交 我下體包皮還是一直紅腫癢
但龜頭前 有分秘物是灰/黃白色的 會否感染了性病
我還沒去求診
