皮膚破裂和倒刺

前天在公園時，不知手指從哪兒沾了些雪糕，雪糕上有些紅色，疑似是吃雪糕的人咀唇或口腔留下的血，因為手指的皮膚有點乾燥破裂和倒刺，若那些是愛滋病人留下的血，會否因而感染愛滋病？
