包皮內側生小白點

你好，本人有包皮過長問題，最近發覺包皮內側生出一些小白點，有點痕癢及有少量分泌物，另外，去廁所的次數也比較多，想咨詢一下是否包皮過長引起的問題還是其他問題，想約專科醫生做一做詳細檢查。
