飯後小便有層油

病患者女 - 27歲

每次進食後小便都有層油
以多次求醫驗血液尿液弓及ct掃描，沒有找到原因
-並沒任何淋巴腺入泌尿系統
-腎功能正常沒有蛋白及癮血、細菌
-沒有高血脂及膽固醇
進食的食物不是很油膩，只要有油就會從小便出，大便沒有
請問醫生到底是什麼原因，令油從小便排出？
