食左一次desvenlafaxine (50MG)

病患者男 - 59歲

請問我父親轉左呢隻desvenlafaxine既新藥,但佢食左之後反而晚上訓唔到,因佢之前食的是MIRTAZAPINE ORODISPERSIBLE TAB 30MG 就可以訓到,但每天早上佢既肚就好空,所以我想問呢兩隻既分別同呢隻desvenlafaxine既藥寫(晚上一次)姐是大約妁幾時食會比較好?
