我咁既情況係咪有病

我最近呢一個月，成日都好多屁放，又好多氣想er
咁我睇左兩次醫生，兩次醫生按我腸同胃，我都唔覺好痛，咁醫生話好大機會係消化不良
咁我呢一個月排便都係比較細同軟
但我今早排便時，就長同軟，但發覺大便上黃中帶黑（佢係一撻撻黑咁，唔係成舊黃中帶黑）
咁我想問我係咪有d咩隱病
