左下腹痛

病患者女 - 38歲

兩年前照過腸鏡，但這半年左下腹痛，基本上每曰24小時都在痛，有時痛到瞓唔到同冇胃口，睇過婦科說沒問題，請問是不是腸癌病癥？

如果不是腸和婦科病，應該會是什麼？
我又應該去睇咩科最適合？謝謝
