糖尿病+長期周邊腹痛

病患者男 - 58歲

我爸爸已經患了糖尿病大概有十年了，需要食藥同打針，但因為佢近兩三年停了藥同打針，近幾個月前開始身體開始出現痛楚，然後去睇醫生而家食返藥同打針，做了身體檢查都查唔到係咩原因令到佢個肚扯住痛人又冇精神，請問有咩方法可以治療？
