性病

各位醫生
10/7/2018到社會衛生科求診，沒有分秘物，接受尿道口分秘物測試，醫生説只是發炎，未確定是否有性病菌存在，要等3個星期睇報告，請問尿道口測試準確嗎？23/7/2018再到社會衛生科睇報告，淋及非淋都無在報告中，報告沒有性病菌，是不是沒有性病？如果做DNA要去診所定化驗所做嗎？現在小便正常，無小便痛
