經歷詳述:
I thought I had been to see Dr Lau previously. Obviously I was mistaken.
I had called the clinic previously and was told no need to make appointment. So went up there. When I arrived at 3 pm there was a couple there already waiting. I registered. Two men arrived after me. Strangely I had to wait for about half an hour as the two men who came after me was able to go ahead of me. At around 3:30 pm was able to see the Dr.
Dr Lau was patient kind and thorough. He advised that my ear had some inflammation and allergy. He helped clean out my ears. He told me my nose is a bit crooked and gave me medication/spray.
I found the Dr very experienced and professional.
The nurse was also helpful and was clear in explaining about the medication.
